hey i have these 2 thin black stock pin pintripes going down my car i was wondering if there was a way to remove that?

its always good to use a hair dryer or something to heat them up and then peel them off. makes them easier to peel off.

Are they painted on or are they stickers?
If they're stickers, use a pneumatic eraser wheel. They're awesome. Not cheap, though. I'd check to see if someone you know has one.
If they're painted on, then you can wipe them off with a thinner (I've used DuPont's Permabase Thinner), unless they have a clear on top of them, which I don't see too often. Or, you can burn them off with a buffer and an aggressive compound. Buffing has always been the easier way to go for me.
Edit: If they've been cleared over during an aftermarket paint job, you don't want to remove them unless you want to get the car repainted. Trust me on this.
