ok, well long story short, i had a twin scroll two wastegate manifold made by what seemed to be a reputable company, and after 9 months of waiting and a "lost" turbo, i need to get the wastegate flanges cut off, and an elbow and new flange welded back on because they were positioned such that the wastegates wont fit...the situation being what it is, i'm not trusting anyone else with my stuff without me being there, so i'm going to buy the materials and cut and fit them myself, and just have someone weld them together..

the manifold is stainless so i'd prefer everything to be the same, but what schedule do i need for the downpipe, dump tubes, and manifold?

i'll post pics if ya need them...

Looking for v band flanges.. The turbo's flange is 2.5 inside and 3 outside.. Which way are they measured?

 

V bands are measured from the ID of flange. 2.5" flange slips over a 2.5" tube. Aftermarket V band clamps and flanges are fairly standardized now.
