Stock is 195 Litter per hour, 255 means 255 Litter per hour, which equals more fuel delvery to your engine bro. If your ride is stock stick to a 195 lph FP, if it is some what modified, then go with the 255 lph FP.

 

cool well the car was running fine with the prior pump. then i changed it out with another stock one, and now it lags bad. it had this lag befor and a FPR was added, i changed out the fuel pump cause it got buned out. i didn't check to see it was upgrades.

No problem bro, Put a gauge on the rail, so that you know how much fuel pressure you are getting to it, you said that you added a FPR as well, this can be causing your problem, your fuel pressure might be to low, add the gauge and adjust to like 32 psi while car is on at idel. GL
