Is it worth it to get an Apexi afc fuel control... should i not screw around with v-tec engagement and fuel cut-off??

worth it. Don't mess with it until you get to the dyno.

You won't be able to get the best results from driving it and playing around. With a dyno and wideband 02 sensor, you can see your whole powerpband along with your a/f ratio.

ohhhh... ok i get it!! Would it make a big difference.. would i notice it?? would you get one if you have the money??

I would get one once I get I/H/E at earliest. Best if you get cams and cam gears. Basically I would tune it all at once to save money.

I believe you have used up all your posts. I will just spit out some info. If you want to ask more questions, you can edit your posts.

I = Intake
H = Header
E = Exhaust
C = Either Cat or Cams

Dyno - lots of different kinds. Mustang, Clayton, and Dynojet.
