Stop My Seatbelts!!!
I've read a few posts about the seatbelt sensors, but they've all been for a slightly different issue. Here's mine: The automatic shoulder belt motor is broken on my passenger side so I have the fuse for it pulled (it's on the battery under the hood) so it'll stay in the proper position to safely and securely lay and lock across the passengers chest. My problem is since the motor isn't putting force on the buckle it doesn't like to stay in the proper position for the little plastic piece and the little metal connector to keep the seatbelt sensor from thinking the belt isn't connected. If you pull it down a bit it stops beeping, but if the passenger moves around a bit or you hit a bump it jiggles JUST enough to not touch the metal connector and the beeping starts all over again. SO, my questions is how to I disable the seatbelt sensor/switch for the passenger side so it'll stop beeing?
See now that's what I had heard, but I took it into my local Honda dealership at Wilsonville, OR and they said that ONLY the belts themselves are covered under the warrenty, so they replaced all the belts and locking mechanisms, but said the motor and track the shoulder belt uses to go up and down is NOT covered under the seatbelt warrenty, which doesn't make since because if it can't properly go up and down, would that make the seatbelt unsafe?! Which is their whole arguement for why they have a lifetime warrenty on the seatbelts. Is that true or am I getting ripped off and they just don't want to do the work?

Either my dealer was very nice, or your dealer is trying to shaft you. My bet in on #2.
I had the belts, motors, rails (tracks maybe?), sliders, and one of the regulators replaced under warranty on my 91 Integra LS last year, all covered under warranty by Santa Monica Acura.

Hell, at least you got your belts replaced. My local dealership wants $110 to LOOK at the damn thing, then if it's covered it's free. If they determine it not covered, I owe $110.
There's a green plug under a cover on the passenger side of your center console, if you unplug that it'll stop all chiming but your automatic belts won't work. So you have to use your hand to slide it back and leave it there

It's for everything lol I pulled that along with the fuses at the battery and nothing chimes, I have the auto seatbelts all the way up, just use the emergency release as the regular locking mechanism
AWESOME!!! I'll check it out, thanks SO much... that beeping is JUST loud enough to still be heard over my speakers which are 4X250W pk... lol.
I'm not sure if this is the same in sedans as it is for hatches but the beeper is located in the little plastic housing next to the rear veiw mirror, simply open it up and unplug it.
