Default Raising idle?

Is their a simple way to raise the idle by about 100 rpm?, mine is a little rough and I'd like to smooth it out. I've already done plugs and fuel filter and it still seems to shake slightly.

Have you changed the air filter? Have you cleaned the IACV?

What/where is the IACV, and what do you recommend cleaning it with?
