Icon6 Sohc zc cheap build

Ok, so my motor started knockin really bad the other day so my car is now parked. Its my only car so need to get it back in the game quick and cheap as possible. So i have a sohc zc bottom end in the garage prolly needs new rings and bearings cuz i dont know mileage got it for 50 bones i also have a z6 head that needs to be sent out got that for 20 bucks has two bent valves but has the sully and the mani. Would it be cheaper and more worth while to just slap rings and bearings in the block and throw my A6 head on it? Or convert and put the z6 head on? What would be the best cheapest bottom end parts to buy like is there brands to be aware of like you know junk stuff? Sorry for the noob Q but any help would cool i tried searchin on here cant find anything to help..

ACL is a very good bearing company. I haven't tried nippon so unfortunately I am no help there.
