Well you can't just eyeball it that's for sure. To adjust the various alignment angles to the SPECIFIED settings requires hella expensive equipment and a little bit of know how. Typically a four wheel alignment will include adjustment of the rear camber and toe and front caster, camber and toe. No way to do this without the right tools/equipment. Go to a Firestone or somewhere similar, you may pay upwards of $100 but those alignment machines are alot more (about $30K for a new Hunter setup).

go to firestone. They have lifetime alignments for around 100 bucks. You can go in there as many times as you want.

you can actually get toe close with a tape measure and a couple stickers. i hate to even bring this up since there is a decent amount of suspension knowledge required to make this work effective. basically what you do is make a mark on a left and right tire. normally a white sticker with a line. take a measurement in front, then roll the car till you can measure the exact same spot in back. on an integra you'll probably see 62" and change. well if you have 62 and 1/8th in front and 62 and 1/16th in back you would have a total toe out of 1/16th. you will probably have some trial and error finding the center of the steering wheel if you twist one side further than the other. you also will have fun dealing with the car pulling one way or the other. if you get, for example a pull to the right. you either have too much toe out on the right side or toe in on the left {usually toe out on the side of pull coupled with less on the other side creates a pull} knowing how to do a driveway toe set is a skill most of us should learn though. it's very helpful when you switch up suspension or bushings and need to buy time before you pay for an alignment.

I agree that knowing how to set toe is a useful skill, but disagree that your car will pull one way or another if the toe setting is off. If you have unequal toe when the steering wheel is centered then driving straight down the road will require the steering wheel to be off-center, but unequal toe will not cause the car to pull one way or another when you let go of the wheel.

you misunderstood me, or i wasn't typing clearly enough, one or the other when doing it yourself, if you get one side off from the other and hold the steering wheel straight the car will veer. left side toe zero and right side out 1/8th will have a car that pulls to the right. you're 100% correct in your response that all you need to do is move the wheel. it also lets you know that you either need to toe out the left, or in the right. in this case a person would toe in the right, dirve, measure, drive and measure 'till the car is going straight
