Default 06Civic Rim's Question

I have an 06 civic, just stock wheels. My mom has some nice 16" rims, would they fit on my civic without an issue. And how much do you think this would effect my gas mileage?

Do the rims have 5 holes, 4 holes, or are they universal(multiple holes)?

For example, older Civic were 4-bolt, so 5-bolt wheels would not fit. It was an issue for a while. Newer Civics, like yours, are 5-bolt.

5-bolt, for example:

4-bolt:

I can see how that wheel would fit on a 4-bolt, but I'm not seeing the 5-bolt pattern.

Doesn't look like it would fit. Looks to be universal for 4x100 and 4x114.3 only.

Thanks for the responses, your probably right they may not fit. It was on a 2003 civic. I cannot look at it easily myself because Im not in the same state right now. But, yeh. Thanks for bringing up that concern.
