Default b16a sir1 vs. b16a sir1 long block?

went to http://www.hondamotorsonline.com to look for a b16a, the long block is 450.00, and the other is 1350.00, same hp, so whats the difference??

A long block is the Bottom w/ the head alone. No ExMan, IM, trans.

And the 1350 price is the complete change over (trans, IM, Distributor, ECU, Wireharn, etc.)
