hey guys right now i have a f22 vtec boosted in a cd5 accord on 10 pounds, in a few i was think bout swaping to h22 swap on 5-7pound or just adding a f22 vtec bisimoto cam and valve spring and staying on 10pound.

what guys think would make more power h22 swap on 5-7psi or f22 10psi with bisi cam.

 

whats your budget? be alot cheaper to up the boost and cam but your cam is only as good as the head work. better flowing head alow the cam to flow more air. or you can convert to the h22 head. if you swap to a h22 then some were you will want or have too get the block sleeve to make the extra power you will want to make later down the road. so keep that in mind as you ponder. good luck
