i have a sway bar from a 94 del sol si. now, if i can, should i install this sway bar on my 92dx hatchback?

Yes you can install it. Assuming you have the DelSol sway bar only you will still need some items.
~Some reinforcement kit Beaks or BSQ
~DelSol Vtec or GSR lower control arms (lca's)
~DelSol Vtec or GSR endlink assembiles (connects sway bar to lca's)
~DelSol Vtec or GSR D brackets (holds sway bar and D bushing to frame)
~DelSol Si D bushings (saied to match your sway bar diameter)
~the bolts to hold everything together
