loom/wiring harness/ what obd?

Default loom/wiring harness/ what obd?

hey guys
this is gonna make absolutely no sense at all but here goes
i have a ed9 crx. its d16a8 atm. the loom is obd0. (i believe)
i was wondering what sorta mods i would need to do to the loom if i were to do a b series conversion? either b16 or b18? or what conversion harness do i need to get ?
any helpp would be great

If you want to run a b16 with VTEC, I would recommend converting to obd1 and running a chipped p28 ECU, this will help you wire up for VTEC as well as be able to tune your car if you decide to go further with the car. Phearable.net has these conversion harness for the ECU and the distributor.

As said before the b16 will require you to run wires for VTEC. If you get a run of the mill b18a/b (LS Motor) then everything should plug in, however you will have to wire in the Cyl Position sensor off your exhaust came and into the distributor harness as the B16 and B18 have these internal to the distributor housing.
