coil overs on a budget
My friend got some of those $80 eBay GC knockoffs and they seem pretty good.
I contacted the seller and he hasn't yet told me the spring rates, but he says they use the same ones for Civics, CRXs, Del Sols, and Integras....
Just my 2 cents

i got those 80 gc knock offs. the seller told me he doesnt know the rates. im just going to use the sleeves but use eibach ers springs. because the springs that come with them suck.

get skunk 2's with integra 94+ spring rate... if u have a b series swap... integras are heavier in the front and it will help with the extra weight of the motor... never get maxspeeds or aero speeds.... both suck.... bad spring rates... skunk retail for about 280-300 new
which are the best coilovers in the 250$ and under catagory
what i would do is weight a little bit longer, save your money and get some quality parts. spending money 2 times will cost more in the long run.
what i said above is an assumption. if this assumption is wrong, then disregard everything i said.
I never saw the logic in spending $300 for coilover sleeves, then another $400 for good after market adjustable shocks. That already puts you up to roughly $700. why not tough it out for a while and save another 200-300 bucks and get a "real" coilover dampening set. they dont rattle as much as sleeves. Check TEIN or Tanabe.

the problem i see you running into is you will spend $250 on coilovers and will run the stock shocks. stock shocks will blow within a short period of time (maybe they will last up to 6 months) and you will need more $$$ to buy aftermarket shocks.
