i auto-x my civic and have wanted to mount my little cheapo point and shoot digital camera on the dash for a while to record my runs.

so today i went out with a plan to mount my camera.

total cost. 57 cents lol.

went to ace and grabbed a bolt (1/4 x 20) and a washer. cut some of the bolt off for fit, and windshield clearance (it is very tight, and i almost gave up on trying this, gotta be careful installing and removing)

also, i have to remove my wiper arms to use it (otherwise you get a nice video of windshield wipers.)

i think its a good very budget idea, possibly something someone else would use. And thats why im posting it.
