Default boost upgrade

can my gsr motor with 90,000 miles hold an 8 pound boost from my supercharger with out build the bottom end?

First of all go turbo or JRSC don't even waste your time with vortech kit... and no I don't think it'll hold up long at 8lbs... its not really recommended to go stock internals and piggyback fuel mangement on 8lbs on a high compression gsr... standalone you could probably do it with good tuning... otherwise stick to 5-7 at most with stock internals and FMU/AFC fuel setup. and get your **** tuned asap after turbo install....

8PSI & Hondata and you'll be cruisin, provided your motor is in good shape now. There is no yes or no answer, but if you've taken care of maintenance and been good to it, a properly tuned 8PSI setup shouldnt be a problem.
