Default melted fuse....

headlights on when car is off...removed small light fuse and horn turns on. wipers on when car is switch to acc..parking lights tail lights and instrument panel light won't on when turning on parking lights...small fuse pops everytime i put a new one in...

sounds like you've got a short

but the year and model of the car would be helpful

95 honda accord lx with H22A motor.

forgot to mention, when i put the batt post back to the batt, the lighting relay clicks, like it's turning the headlights on...

so many views but only 1 one reply. i know someone out here should atleast know something a lil..what keeps the horn on when the SMALL LIGHT fuse is poped. and what electronic components go with the small fuse...like parking lights, interior lights go with it..

I would've posted possible problems to look for, but I couldn't make anything out from your post besides the fact that something was shorting out. You need to be more descriptive in your posts if we are to help, especially considering we can't physically look at the car or see what it's doing.

Small Light fuse? I don't understand that one either. There's a fuse labeled "Small Light"?? It's a light fuse that's physically small? If so, what fuse?

Shorts are nearly impossible to solve over the internet. You just have to get in there and start tracking stuff down.
