Default 89 civic F23 swap?!?

hello, i was in the ballpark of buying a 89 civic that i want to do a F23 swap to...but i dont know what all is required for the swap. any help would be awesome!

multi-point and obd1 conversion, efh22 mounts, axles, ecu, etc

power wise, you'd be better off with an f20b. need some mounts, and basically a full swap either way. but the f20b is 200 hp out of the box.

there's a thread on here about it. the guy had a hybrid f motor and used the f2d plate. look into it, he's got a lot of insight into the pulley, alternator, etc issues.
