Promised Ship Date: 7/31/09

Purchased 2 used Honda Civic Radios from this guy on July 29, 2009. Seller said package was shipped on July 31, 2009. I asked for confirmation and tracking a few times and seller finally got back to me on August 4th, 2009. Stating that he wrote my address incorrectly and USPS shipped the package to the wrong place.

He then said he got the information corrected. And the package was on its way on August 4th, 2009.

August 14, 2009.... GOT A PM FROM HIM:

Well to be honest no more bullshiting ... I shipped this Monday .... had so much **** to do its not even funny and I kept pracrastinating. I did lie to you but I didnt want you to be mad , I apologize cuz I can tell I still got you angry. Should get it this friday so hopefully you overturn that dispute on paypal thanks and im truly truly sorry bro.

******That's the PM I received on 8/14/09, stating that he shipped the package that monday 8/10/09.

Today is August 17, 2009 and the package still have not arrived. USPS first class or Priority should not take more than a week to arrive from coast to coast. I ship things weekly and I know USPS's service very well.

Filed a dispute with this bullshitter and we'll see how this plays out.

UPDATE 8/19/09: I received the package today. The box arrived empty, without contents and USPS wrapped the whole thing with their plastic bag noting it was 'Received in Damaged condition."

There was a sticker noting that it was shipped without any contents.





USPS had this sticker on the box.

It's obvious he hasn't shipped a god damn thing. I've requested tracking information since day one! 6 days after payment, he said he did not order tracking info.

Turns out it was a lie because he never shipped the package. Then he claimed he shipped the package 8/10/09 and the package still DID NOT arrive today. Still...NO TRACKING INFO FROM HIM.

Check this... I ordered some **** from Maryland on the 8/13/09 and received them today with USPS first class.

This kid responded today. He stated he put it on his life that they will arrive this week. I smell more BS.

 

I'd just tell him to lick ***** and that you'll be getting your money back from Paypal.

Honestly, even if the radios got to me I'd deduct some of the scrilla I sent because he lied and because shipping took too long on his end.
