Default Noise coming from axle?

Around 7 months ago I hit a semi truck tire on the freeway and damaged my front end really good. I had the damage repaired and the collison shop said that my axle and all parts associated with it LOOKED fine.

After a few months I started to notice that the was a viberating noise coming from my front end. As time past it got louder and started to happen at a lower rate of speed. At first I would hear it at 80+ mph. Now I hear it at 30+. I feel it also and when I'm cornering the viberation slows.

What is wrong, axle, cv joints, does anyone have an idea!

If it's a whirring or a growl noise, I would suspect either a scalloped tire from a gross out-of alignment condition or a hub bearing starting to go south.
If it's a knockong noise while turning, I would look at the outer CV Joint

Thanks for the post. It's like a bump sound but it's not hitting anything, that increases as I speed up and decreases when I'm slowing done.

I assume this is road speed sensitive.
I've seen the following make noises like this:
a) loose lug nuts
b) cracked rotor
c) bubble in the tyre tread.

If the noise should get louder when you turn, that will give you a hint on what side to look.
If it gets louder when turning right, then the problem is with the left side wheel assembly (You're putting more weight on it) and visa / versa

i've never heard a bearing "bump." bearings 'growl' or if they're very bad, rattle..haha. my instict would be to start looking at the wheel/tire for damage, abnormal wear and out-of-balance.
