Default dlimate controll issues

well i have a few "issues" with the car currently and am wanting to sell it soon, first off, i had a bunch of foam stuff comming out of the vents from feburary till may, i mean bits were flying out, some getting stuck in the vents, crumbling and making a mess, 2nd, it blows on all 4 levels, but it doesnt blow nearly hard enough to make me happy and it feels like on 4 its the same as mid/low in my dads si sedan, then hi in his car is like a damn windstorm compared to my cd7, 3rd my a/c compressor is squelling

It sounds like the foam door edge seals for both the blend and tempurature doors within your heater box have started deteriorating, effectively jamming the blend door in a position where the flow is going everywhere.
It's probably also partially clogging either the heater or a/c core thus contributing to the low / restricted air flow.
Because of this, I suspect the evaporator core is icing up causing the compressor to work harder. Checking for proper belt tension wouldn't hurt either.
At the very minimum, I would suggest sorting out the Heater/ Ac case issues which means pulling the unit out and repairing what's gone south.
I don't see a short cut on this one, sorry
