Default 1995 honda accord wagon

the car is started sputtering and now the insterment cluster doesn't work and when you drive it the car does not want to go in less you push the gas pedal down all the way. does anyone know whats going on with this car?

changed the spark plugs a few days ago, with the oil, which the car was running low, and also the tranny fluid.
the spark plugs were toasted

the car is a 1995 accord, auto transmission,
engine: F22, inline 4 cylinders

Sometimes I question people if they really do take care of their car by doing regular maintenence, not driving wrecklessly, and warming it up every morning.

Where to start?
Has to fuel filter ever been changed out?
Air Filter?
What maintaince has been performed?
What do you mean by "the cluster doesn't work? tach? Speedo? the whole thing?
What other symptoms have you noticed?
Did this just start or were there other things leading up to this?

Come on men, I know i'm good; but I'm not a mind reader and I can't see your car from here on Mt Olympus
Throw us a bone or two...
