Default Help Out A Noob on ls/vtec build

What kinda power could i make off an
LS Block/GSR head
81.5mm Bore
Block Guard
CP 9.0:1 Pistons
Eagle Rods
GE Headstuds
Stock Gsr Head w/Dual VS, Ti Retainers
JG Manifold
Cheap Ebay topmount manifold
Ebay 44mm WG
Probably 750cc or higher
Turbonetics t62-1
And possibly on 100octane tuned on crome pro
Will be running in an EF Hatchback w/LS tranny

I really plan on pushing this motor and want to reach around 420whp on stock sleeves. I know its been done, but does anyone recommend/suggest anything? I know the ebay topmount & WG should go, but its been used and seems to make good power (stock b16 400+ here on h-t). And there are a bunch of camshafts Im considering(itr, ctr, skunk2 tuner 1s, skunk2 pro1s, blox Bs?)
And how big of a DP should I run?

Im kinda lost as to what kinda camshafts to run with this setup. This is not my DD, BUT I want it to be able to drive around as well when I need it to. It'll be mostly a strip car/weekend warrior. There are a few cars here in town that I beat when I was NA but theyre boosted now so Im trying to step up my game as well, just on a budget.

Hoping for maybe a low 11 on 24.5x9x13 slicks

Like i said, this will be my "fun car". Im willing to push it, but not rediculously. If it makes over 420whp ill be happy. Planning to tune the car in Stockton, CA at Parris Engine Dynamics.

Yeah my original plan was to boost my DD Gsr. Was going to run ITR cams, Skunk2 IM, and ARP headstuds and boost it. But I sold my turbo kit and Im starting over on my spare block which will be going into my hatchback. Im really hoping for some good numbers and a decently realiable car. Im not looking for it to last years, but atleast give me 60-70 runs.

Come on H-T, I know theres more advice out there ya'll can give me
