Default Left low beam out in EM1

OK so I was driving and my left low beam went out, I pulled over and checked the fuse and it was fine but when I installed a new headlight the low beam was still out.

I tried two more different brands before coming to the conclusion it could be wiring related, since both high-beams worked and my right low-beam worked but not my left. The previous owner of the car had a p.o.s. HID kit on it that I removed but I didn't cut or loosen any wires from the harnesses. Any help would be greatly appreciated, my car is a 99 Civic Si, thanks!

Headlights are individually fused, did you check one or both? If both are good and you changed the bulb its gonna be a broken wire (slight chance of switch or h4 connector, but I doubt it). I cant remember off the top of of my head, but there might even be a fuse for both high and low, if ball fuses are good, start lookin at grounds.
