my buddy just bought a ef with a d15b6 and the car will not go above 4k rpm every now and then we can slowly coast above 4k rpm then floor it and its just fine the previous owner installed the fuel pump under the hood along with a gauge looking thing by the fuel filter its got blue top 450cc injectors and resistor box we replaced the plugs and wires thinking it was a bad misfire and that wasnt the problem theres a check engine light on but thats for a bad speed sensor dont know if that will effect anything i dont think so my car has the cel for that issue.the car is converted obd0 to obd1 with a jump harness the ecu is still tuned for the turbo setup but we put a stock p06 in there and it didnt change anything out of ideas on what to do i would be nice if someone could help us out thanks
