Default h22 swap into 95 auto ex

so i swapped an h22 into my 95 accord ex auto.
the car was converted from an auto to 5 speed all the wiring mounts labor yada yada yada was done by the book.
the car cranked up on the first turn however it runs like crap. I used a chipped p28 ecu when it was started but now the car wont even run with it. I tried using the stock auto f22 ecu that came with the car. with the f22 ecu only cylinder 1 and 4 will fire up.
i borrowed a p13 from a friend see what happens but either way guys got any other ideas what the problem could be?

So what happens when you start it with the p13 ecu?? What base map does the chipped p28 have?

You need to have the Chipped P28 tuned.

or atleast give us more details. exactly how is it "running like crap"? and how it runs when you use the P13 as opposed to the chipped P28
