my 2002 civic ex a/c wont turn on (manual switches) unless i turn it off it worked fine till i swapped the compressor with a junk yard unit. when in the off pos.it does run but does not cycle and causes fog at vents from freezing i guess and sometimes blows off the safety valve to release excess pressure the reson for changing comp was because the pulley bearing was shot and made a lot of noise ,gee i'd rather have the bearing noise also tried to get codes and none show up to sum it up ac doenst turn when switch is in on pos. it does come on when i turn switch to off but it stays running even when fan is in off weird huh?
