Hi there, i'm having a very frustrating problem and I don't know where to even get started. I have a 95 honda accord. The passenger side blinker side marker light gets stuck on every couple times I turn the car on and it stays on even if everything else is off. The only way I can get it to turn off is by disconnecting the battery and once I reconnect it then it will be off. And it seems totally random when it decides to come on. Now here's the kicker - when the light is stuck on then the rear window defogger AND the first click on the wind shield wipers does not work.

But once I disconnect and reconnect the battery then everything works just fine. I've checked all the fuses.

Any help, suggestions, advice or anything would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
