Going from B18b1 to LS/Vtec or Turbo. Can I keep my mods?

I just recently did a 1994 B18b1 swap in my 95 civic ex. I was planning on eventually getting a vtec head or a turbo but I am currently just adding bolt-ons. So far I have a AEM cai for the Civic EX and I am wondering if that will work with either application. I am also curious about a clutch. My tranny is bad and is going to be replaced next week. The shop said they would put a clutch and flywheel in free of charge. However I just installed a new oem clutch and now I think I should have put in a stage 3.
Thanks in advance!

You'll want a new clutch too unfortunately.. turbo will eat up your stock clutch if you are planning on putting down a decent amount of power. If you're thinking of a mild turbo app or NA, ~170 whp, then your stock one would last for awhile but eventually you'll need a beefier clutch.

How about a clutchmasters stage 3? Or a exedy organic? I also ordered a Clutchmasters ligtened flywheel. Any other suggestions on the flywheel or the clutch?
