99 Civic Si - It does a shaky/wobble thing around 60 mph or so till 70 mph.. Whats usually the cause for this? Is it the cluster or is it the signal the cluster is receiving? Is there a speed sensor?

What's the odometer read? My 92 Civic has over 240K miles and the speedo only works when it wants to. The VSS is not the issue, it's the printed circuit board that fails from bad solder joints. Your 99 seems a bit young to be experiencing this problem but your symptoms were exactly what my speedo was doing before it really started acting up. Sometimes it doesn't leave 0 mph; sometimes it reads 90 when I'm driving 70 mph. I have a GPS and a tachometer so I don't worry about the speedo even though it would be nice if it worked properly.

112k on the ODO. I have a spare cluster that I could swap the printed board out with I suppose. That's a good place to start atleast, thanks.
