I have a 92 hatch with a built ls/vtec running hondata s200 on p72. I was sitting at a redlight and the car shuts off. Im not getting power to the pump, and the pump has been tested and its good. When I hotwire the pump, my injectors arent pulsing. I dripped fuel into one of the cylinders and after trying to start, the plug remains wet. No spark. With key in the on position, the CEL stays lit as well as oil light. Car does crank. Ive already replaced the main relay. Can any persons help me?

 

You lack both spark and fuel and the CEL is on, right?

When you jump the 2P service connector above the ECU, does the CEL still remain on steady?

Start by checking whether fuse 31 under the hood or fuse 18 or 24 under the dash is blown.

Fuse 31, 18, and 24 all supply power to the main relay.

No, the diagrams are specific to 92-95 Civics. For a 98 Civic, the equivalent main relay fuses are 44 (hood), 31, and 13 (dash).
