Default fresh motor and now no antilag pop

I got my car back together and running today , nothing is changed in the set up other then its a fresh block replacing the one i cracked a sleeve in, my antilag used to crack like crazy, now its so quiet, it seems to build some boost but its much slower it used to crack like twice and i would be full boost. what are some reasons for this? the only variable is fresh block, fresh bearings, fresh rings and bearings and a fresh valve adjustment. my turbos exhaust wheel did get some minor tattering from pieces of the sleeve getting spit out threw it but it seems to be fine. i also confirmed all my settings in neptune and they are the same as they was before.

i marked the dizzy and put it right back where it was, so the timing is exactly how it was as well.

the exhaust wheel seems ok.

This probably sounds stupid, but did you confirm timing with a timing light?? Not just a marked distributor? If the engine is mechanically timed different, that would effect it. Also, a new motor will probably have better valve seal, etc. I would think that would change it too.

I just put a new head on my car, and had to mess with the launch control a ton.

well i havnt checked it with a light but i can, i also know that my valves and valve train are much much quieter now, it sounded like a type writer before and now you barely hear so much of a tick, i set the exhaust all to 7-8 and the intake all to 6.

Check the timing with the light. What is actual timing on the Anti-lag?

problem solved, some how my settings got changed in my original tune file so that the rpm was only 6000 i set it back to 7000 and now it cracks like a banshee again. i think i might have accidentally saved over my original tune file at some point when i was in a hurry to close teh laptop and get staged while in the staging lanes. of course the tach just jumps so i had no clue it was only going to 6k. oh and i checked my timing and its all spot on.
