um... very bad question.....
first of all, you can't just ask questions like this... that simple, mainly because its like asking, what tools do i need to completely work on everything on a whole car... there are tons and tons of things you need, same with a wiring tuck, first of all, not many people are experience doing tucks, second of all, every car is going to be different, third, depending on how you do it, will determine how many terminations you make, etc etc etc... its a very vague question, i'm very surpise 10 ******** haven't already roasted you for the question.
When you do your tuck, and get the loom you need, get 2:1 shrink ratio shrink, say your loom O.D. is 3/8", then ideal is to have 3/8" heat shrink if it will go over it, if not, the next size up, 7/16", or even 1/2", because 3:1 costs WAY WAY more than 2:1 shrink, trust me... you need to just buy a whole lot of assorted loom... use what size you need as you need it..

I've always had the best results with heatshringk being sized 1/8" to 1/4" larger than the wiring its going over.
