i have a set of winter rims that are honda crv rims they are alloy i belive and the clear coat on them is peeling and they need to be redone and painted, im wondering how i go about this, i figure sand down to a fin grit, primer, paint, I'm not sure what color would look good, my car is a 98 civic ex,

Would it be possible to get a miror finish on them so there shiny instead of painting them, I figure if i have paint them there either going to be black or white, but i love the polished look on a green car.

Trucks on Spike did a segment on painting alloys, or maybe it was chrome. Do whatever you think looks good, it's your car.
