Icon2 broken 91 lude

ok so i have a 91 prelude. i had just recently had the lower end rebuilt but not the upper end. it was running fine when all of a sudden it shut off. i found out that the distributor cam off one tooth and there is no compression. if i replace the head will it run fine again?

Well its probbly not the head itself, Its probbly a piece in your valve train...

You have no compression anywhere? ( Like None or just very little? Whats compression read out )

well first of all the distributor can't come off a tooth. maybe the timing belt jumped some teeth? possibly not tensioned properly when it was re-assembled.
