I have a 97 civic with the 1.6 vtech. The a/c compressor and condensor fan are not working when I turn the a/c on. Fuse #56 in the underhood fuse box keeps blowing. I replaced the condenser fan assembly and the problem is still there. Traced the white wire from the condenser to the fuse box and there is no short or cuts in the wire. Im thinking it's the fuse box or the a/c clutch. Any suggestions. Thanks.
