I have them on my 99 civic. pretty good coilover. never had a problem with them. I keep the damping set at 1 or 2 for street use, them 10 - 12 for the track.

They are stiff as hell. Might be a good track set up but for the street I hate them. I only run these because I got them in a trade. My Koni/Skunk2 on my EK blow these away even when I turn the volume up on the Koni's they still feel better.

spring rates are kind of wacky. 12k-6k on the integra is something like 700lb/350lb. you would need a HUGE rear bar to balance that out, probably offset tires as well. then on the ep3 they run 10kF and 14kR which is stiff as hell but more of an autocross setup.

your looking at the wrong coilover!!! the spring rate are only F=8K R=6K for 94-01 integra and 92-00 civic. Its the same as tein super street damper. Its soft if you keep the damper on a low setting.

when I bought mine, it came with a 10k f and 7k r. I guess thy change the spring rates since I bought mine.

below is a copy from pwj site. It all depend on what part number you get. since 92-00 civic and 94-01 integra coilovers are interchangeable, you can use a eg coilover.

i would honestly put more faith in what buddy club had on their home page than anything passsword jdm has to say. they rarely update that site and info on the old page is years old. i wouldn't be surprised if BC sells custom rates but all the new stuff would be what they advertise on their homepage.

For that price I would have checked out Progress or PIC apex. Non rebound adjustable, but valved correctly for the street.

Agree on this! I was gonna order these but my insurance company wanted to total my car out for my stereo theft and I was like **** that if I put $1300 coilovers in a salvage car. But thankfully they didn't total out my car so now I might think about selling my Koni set up and going with the AMR's.

Don't get it twisted though, Koni/Skunk2 set up that I am running right now is awesome. I just wanted to try something different that had as good of a warranty as the set up I have now.
