Default 2000 SI w crAzy low mi

hey guys im new to this site - just looking to get some input - long story short I found a 2000 civic si w only 13,100mi however the guy is asking for $13,500 which I think is ridiculous. What do you guys currently feel would be a decent offer for the car? Any advice would be greatly appreciated --

Welcome to H-T.

i'd say that's a great deal, scratch that, awesome deal.

they still go for 8,000 to 9,000 for ones with around 100K on them here.

Post pics of it too. I assume it's in mint condition.

Damn guys - thanks so much for the feedback - I think this is the first site ive asked this question and havent felt like an idiot - other sites people are telling me $7-8g - ill try to get some pics of it up. The worst part is hes in CA and im in PA so I cant actually see the car - Only thing I was thinking was trying to have him take it to a Honda dealer for them to look over OR (LONG SHOT) see if a fellow honda lover in CA would swing by and check it out for me?

sounds like it could be to good to be true, but i have saw a few with that kind of millage pop up here and there, most of them are owned by doctor, and such that dont drive them.
few things to make sure, its not a SI clone, or is it the miles on the motor? there are some people that put that down and you look and see that its really got 200k

Id pay 10000k MAX. Its been modded. If it had stock intake and springs, I wouldnt mind paying 11000K for it since it has such LOW mileage.

It seems believable that it has 13000 miles. Most of the engine bay parts look brand new, unless he replaced them with new ones. But thats unlikely.

really? it's not like it's supercharged or something, i hardly see how you could say it's worth $1000 less because it has an intake and lowering springs. Not to mention it's got an AEM intake, it's not like its so ebay intake with a pilot motorsports filter on it, the guy obviously gave a ****.

this is why i hate selling things to honda people, biggest lowwwwwwwwwwballllllllllersssssss.

seriously, 13,000 miles. the ****ing bushings probably still smell new.

I wouldnt even glance at it if it was supercharged haha.

What do intake and lowering springs mean? That it was driven hard. I dunno anyone that slaps on and intake and springs and doesnt drive it harder. Thats the only reason I would "low ball" $1000 less, and I may go lower too unless he has OEM parts. Oh and an AEM intake and eBay is the same ****, just a bent pipe with a filter on it.

Hell yeah, the seats probably havent been farted in.

modded or not i wouldnt pay 13.5 no way, its just to much.. but the car is worth it no questions asked,
id pay 10k. **** if was in cali id buy it right now!.
aem is overpriced ****, you can get the same results with a 25 nappa filter and a ebay tube, you pay for the sticker thats it...
but you can clearly tell however had this car took great ****ing care of it, and maybe just wanted it to be a little sportier, is a si after all lol

Well guys I made an off of $10G and explained that was above both kbb/nada and also mentioned I would have to ship it from CA to PA which was approx another grand - he says he wont go below $13,000 - As much as this car looks amazing not sure if id be willing to spend that on a 10yr old car - I could get an 06 for that price although I think these are much sexier!
