People with experience in rim repair...
Does this look repairable to you? It's a stern wheel so I imagine it's cast?

Only image of the crack the seller posted. Says he was quoted $65 by a shop that he sent pictures to. What do you think?

i just had a rim that was already oblong and had a crack repaired but then every single rim repair is different and depends.
i would go down there to the repair shop w/ the seller and tell them that you wont buy them unless they can be trued and hold air and the shop can guarantee the repair. tell the seller you will pay for the repair as well if they can be fixed.
just make sure you are serious cus it might be a safety hazard if the rims isnt repaired correctly.

Well I ended up picking them up, the crack is extremely small, I'll post better shots tomorrow. Guy was asking $50 for the wheels with tires w/ very decent tread on them, so I couldn't resist
Had it fixed by a shop who gave a warrantied guarantee that its straight, will hold air, and never crack again in that spot. How's it look?
