Default electrical problem

1991 civic si. Gauge cluster lights the corner markers and the bumper lights

will not work. The blinkers will work in the bumper but no parking lights and

nothing in the corners. I tried to different dimmer switches and a diff cluster.

Any ideas would be helpful. thanks

When you say gauge light not working do you mean like brake warning lights, oil pressure, the blinker lights etc or just the lights the illuminate the cluster?

I was looking at my Honda service manual and found there is one ground that ties all these well 2 grounds G301 and G401. This all gets power from the No. 1 fuse 10A....and what powers that is the (BLK/YEL wire) IG1 switch in your ignition....

Hope it helps

are you sure u checked all the fuses in the engine bay and under the dash.....honda likes to piggy back there wiring on multipul fuses if all fuses are good then u might be grounding out somewhere...is the illumination light to ur heater/ac housing out to?
