Default Making a decision about a motor setup.

Hey everyone i just wana hear some of your opinions of what i should put in my 2000 Si-R. i was thinking about just putting a type r in it and just cruise but i wana go even faster so this is why i have come on here is to ask for some opinions. ive heard about boring out the type r valves to give it more torque.

i wouldnt say way more, and youll have to do other things to the head to get the full potential.
just makes the head flow alot better.

I would say b16b, just because Im a civic fanboy. If you want to go fast, f20b. Its a dohc vtec motor just like the over rated itr, but you get a larger displacement, a little more hp and a head that flows better than an itr. Just make sure you get one that was originally mated to a manual tranny.
Just my $0.02

im leaning more towards a built ls/vtec or just getting a type r motor then later on building the head and boring out the valves and making the block much stronger. i think if i do that ill be giving out zaps.
