Heres a manifold I built for my toyota minitruck. Has a KKK K27 turbo and a "HKS" wastegate.
tig welded, but the welds are so so However, thats not why I'm posting it, just wanted to share another fab.

lul.. jk.. nice log? idk why you made that little collector type box for the turbo flange.. also, since you did, you should have put the wastegate at the collector. just sayin.

Are you bracing the turbo alittle? Looks kind of heavy.

 

I made that collector box so that I can angle the turbo a bit, as you'll see the turbo isnt parallel with the head.

Yeah and I'll most likely make a brace for the turbo.

So anyway, nice work making your own manifold, sometimes people here get too wrapped up in being the best all the time. Wastegate location is in a fairly inefficient spot, but so what, I bet the mani works well enough as is, and you're on the forced induction wagon. Nice job.

Yeah, this is my 2nd manifold I made, I know theres few things that are compromises, like the wastegate position and the collector. However, what in this life isnt a compromise
I'm sure it will work on my 75hp diesel engine more than fine, hopefully I'll get (atleast) 90hp out of it ;D hehe
