how do i stop the crankshaft pully from moving when i try to take it off it just spins need help pls

 

You can get the crank pulley removal tool.
Some people have used a chain wrench to hold on to the pulley.
Other methods include wedging a screw driver between the tranny case and flywheel teeth, heating the crankshaft bolt with a torch for several minutes, soaking the bolt wth penetrating oil, etc.
