Icon3 need brake help quick!!

i have a 2000 honda civic ex. i was driving a couple days ago, and my brakes went out. the pedal just went all the way down to the floor. i got the car home and replaced the master cylinder, and noticed the shoes were pretty worn so i replaced them as well. ive have already bleed the brakes. when the car is not moving, it has brake pressure, but when is is in motion, i have to pressure at all and the pedal goes back to the floor. i have no idea what to do next.

Have you pulled the rear drums off and looked at your hardware?

are you bleeding the brakes in the order of pass rear, then driver rear...then pass front then driver front? if not u may still have air in the lines.
