Default beaten topic, but still need help trying to find the horn wire

im trying to get my horn to work with my after market hub on my 00 si.

my problem is that i need to find the horn wire. i have the wiring diagram and it looks different from what i see under my dash. I have 2 connectors near the steering column. A yellow spring load connector with 2 wires running from it up to my wheel (green and yellow). i think this is for the non existing airbags. the other connector is a grey 3 wire in and 3 wire out connector. on the male side there is a light green, grey and another light green wire. on the wheel(female) side there is a grey, light brownish/burnt orange, and blue wire. now when i ground the grey and blue on the steering column or shaft i get nothing, but when i ground the light brownish wire i here a relay clicking under my dash...but no working horn. if i pull my horn fuse under the hood, the relay will not click when i ground this wire.

also if one of these wires coming from the grey connector is for the horn, are the other two for the cruise? i would like to hard wire the cruise control switch up but there are 4 prongs coming from the switch. what would go where?

can anyone help me out...im completely lost. thanks in advance.
