to give strut shaft more travel when u are lower instead of bottoming out.

so now tell me is it worth it or not.

i'm low on agx adjustable and the ride is rough.

If you're hitting your bumpstops, it will help. If you just have new or really stiff springs, it won't help. It does take a while for your springs to "break in". I got Ground Controls on my hatchback and at first it was a bit stiff, but they softened up a little after a few thousand miles.

What size tires do you have? 16s or larger seem to ride harsh to me, 14s or 15s ride comfortably.

How low are you? Are you like an inch below stock, or are you scraping everywhere you go?

here's my set up
st front/rear swaybar
agx adjustable
skuknk2 coilover.

tucking front tire/rear barely tucking.
riding on sparco ns2 wheel that are 15inch/tires 195/55

car ride hella smooth if i attack the corners but just for dd around places is bouncy and stiff but bottom out sometime when i hit mad bumps on the freeway.

It shouldn't be bouncy. I'm not sure how well your shocks take to stiff springs, but maybe they're shot. And you're not going to get a soft ride with Skunk2s, they are some stiff springs.

If you're hitting bump stops, maybe. In the directions for installing my Koni Yellows, it said to cut the bump stops in half. You could try that first. Otherwise, you could buy extended hats from someone, or I should go in the business of making extended top hats...
