Default Anything else to do while changing timingbelt/waterpump?

I called a few shops and most said that they change seals and hoses when doing the timing belt and waterpump. Can someone tell me what parts are these?

And can someone tell me the going prices to change these?

1. Clutch/flywheel- $750 dealer or 550 local mechanic.
2. Timing belt/water pump- Got qouted around $500
3. tune-up (I know I can do it myself, but have to pack and move within a few days. Thought I have my car repair while I use a uhual truck)

But I am still shopping around for cheaper places.

Have a stock 93 Honda Civic VX.

Do it yourself, really. Grow a set and try it, all you really need are 10-17mm sockets/wrenches and an impact/breaker bar

There's also eleventy billion writeups, I'll walk you through it if you post here

If you only want a timing belt and water pump change, then just get that. For the timing belt, the only thing they do is replace the belt, no need to change any hoses or seals. For the water pump, it requires 1 seal on the water pump, which is usually included with the new water pump, no hoses or additional seals need to be changed. Another item that may need to be replace when doing the timing belt is the tensioner pulley.
