f-series motor swap questions

f-series motor swap questions
let me start by saying sorry if there is already a thread like this one, but i searched (about a minute or 2) and didnt find one.
i have made up my mind to swap in a f23a1 into my eg (95 dx). i made this decision based on the fact that i can get a complete swap for a little more than a ls swap and make a good bit more power. my question is what all am i looking at to do this swap, and the difficulty im looking at? i will have help, but i am wondering what all would need to be custom made or fitted. so far my checklist is:
-motor
-trans
-mounts (will these work?)

-shift linkages (which to use/where to find)
what else am i missing to swap this in, and does anyone have experience with this type of swap? also should i use the f-series trans or find a h-series trans? car will be daily driven and taken to the track once or twice a month.
