Thinking of selling the fit for a RSX???
Well, I'm thinking of selling my 08 fit and getting a 06 RSX Type S. Just paid off the fit and looks like it would be a pretty even trade. I just need more power and a nicer ride. What do you guys think?
If it were me, I'd stay with the Fit. It's newer, has better fuel economy, more passenger and cargo room, and (I assume) is still under warranty. If you are looking for improvements to ride and performance, there is quite a bit available for your Fit.
if i could trade i would in a heartbeat

OK, I'll chime in- Please yourself, not us. On rare occasions, the lack of muscle in my Fit makes me looks at ads for Mustangs and more powerful Hondas. Then I get over it when I have to carry something big (like recently a 46" LCD TV), and when I buy gas.
Make yourself as happy as your budget will allow.

I had a 05 RSX Type S, i dumped it for my current 07 Fit Sport. I don't regret it. Sure i miss the power, but 8000 RPM is so wasteful if you often sit in congested traffic lol. I love my Fit, fun to drive and sensitive to my wallet.
how the hell do you pay off an 08 fit in less than 2 years?
what kind of job ya got
also k20 in the fit crazy sleeper.....just buy a lil beater car while you do the swap and then fix the fit up NICE
RSX's are NICE but no room or just keep the fit and buy an rsx and fix up the rsx as you go

This. But it's all really a personal decision as to what you want. I love my fit for so many reasons, I'm not giving it up for a while
If you need more power than change to an rsx even an nsx if you have that $$$ lol. I upgraded from a K&N replacement filter to a homemade air short ram intake that my big bro made for me and then we took off the stock exhaust and upgraded to a skunk2 60mm exhaust. Difference? OH HELL YEAH!!! 80-100 on the 5 fwy or 99 fwy is a beauty. Going up hill on the grapevine, drop shift to fourth gear and pass everyone up with a deep sounding exhaust. People love the way the car sounds and speeds up.
Two options...
filter/exhaust
new car
third option...
k20a2 motor into the fit (doing that as soon as I hit 200,000 miles) lol...

Meh
Keep the fit as a daily and build an EG/EK... better sus than RSX and you can go H2B
FYI All motor street weight EG went 10.70@122 H2B
The Fit is limited by its design and a K20 would kinda be overkill for the chassis
If you need more power and you like your fit get a Kraft Werks Supercharger kit...keep your fit and have power too!
