Default ls vs. b16 mani?

I'm doing a mild build on my all motor LS obd2, and i was told that a b16 manifold flows a bit better than the LS manifold. My question is whether i should use the b16 throttle body and fuel rail or would i only need the b16 manifold??? Its not a major build, looking to make somewhere between 140-150whp. Thanks HT.

You do know the LS and B16 intake manifolds are NOT the same pattern on the head right? It's not a simple bolt on installation. You'd have to redrill the manifold, and still expect the ports to line up and match each other.

Just get a $160 Blox manifold and call it a day.

In terms of flow, the B16 manifold may be a little better..

Like I said though, I would just get the Blox manifold.

It's more about powerband. The Blox might flow better/make more power on the top end, but the PR3/P30 manifold will help keep velocity up down low, and provide a better powerband.
